The Digital Content Officer at London South Bank University provides day-to-day support for members of the content team, ensuring that the team delivers against its annual activity plans and objectives. This will involve updating content across channels, but with a focus on website and intranet. In addition to writing content, you will also be supporting content planning by doing SEO research, as well as conducting impact research by utilising analytics platforms. The role holder is expected to participate in both creative content writing and the updating of existing information, with input from university colleagues.
