As our Operations Lead, you will help us to ensure that PIRC’s core operations run smoothly, and that we’re making progress towards being a sustainable, strategic and anti-oppressive organisation. You’ll have a particular focus on our People and Programming work. This is a new role at PIRC, created as part of our efforts to manage our work more effectively in our flat structure. We need someone to take an operational lead, assuming a birds-eye-view over our activities and our infrastructure, and ensuring we put into practice the principles and processes we’ve collectively agreed. |
